Order online worldwide with BigCartel. All sales are final once
shipped. Customer service questions can be addressed via email through the Contact
tab in the bottom page list.
Our current BigCartel webstore does not always include inventory management options. In the event that multiple orders are placed for the same product before it has been removed from the webshop, the first order completed will be the buyer who gets the item. All additional orders will be refunded.
We accept payments through Paypal for BigCartel orders worldwide.
Orders will not ship until payment has fully cleared through Paypal.
Items are held to the side for all pending transactions and put back up
for sale if the payment fails.
All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and are processed as fast as possible Monday-Friday. Email notifications are sent when the items have shipped including a Tracking or Customs Form number for packages. Shipping address and email notifications are based on invoices created through Paypal. Make sure the information is correct on your account or otherwise noted in the "Instructions to Merchant field".

for all orders that include one or more decks. They are sealed in a
bubble mailer and tagged with a USPS Tracking number. Expected delivery
time is 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
is $9.50-$13.50 (based on location) for all orders that include one or more decks. They are sealed
in a bubble mailer and tagged with a USPS Customs Form number for any
reference necessary through your local postal service. In some countries
the Customs Form number may also work as a Tracking number on the USPS
website. International delivery can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks from
the date of shipment.
-Tuning and Accessory orders
of 3 or less items are mailed in a standard stamped envelope for $1 anywhere in the US and $2 worldwide, or can be added to a deck
order for no additional shipping charge. For orders above 3 items please
add the appropriate Shipping Upgrade from the Products page
to have the items shipped in a bubble mailer with a Tracking or Customs Form Number.
*Shipping cost is added to your order at time of checkout. Packages
are scanned using the USPS Tracking Number or Customs Form Number which
are both valid for lost package recovery and internal inquiries by the
USPS. These numbers may automatically appear as links in your
confirmation email to click for online tracking or can be entered on the
USPS website. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or
damaged packages once they have been shipped.

"Why don't you offer free shipping?" : Instead of pricing each item higher as a seller to account for shipping costs, it is actually more beneficial for you, the customer, to have the lowest price possible on merchandise and a single shipping cost per order. Occasionally there will be promotions that offer free or reduced shipping as an added bonus.
